Quality： Absolutely unacceptable quality control. We ordered sanitizing wipes, and the outer 20-count bags weren’t even sealed properly. When we opened the shipping case, individual wipes were scattered everywhere, meaning we had to manually count and figure out which zippered bag they originally belonged to—a tedious and unnecessary hassle.  To make matters worse, the tear notch on the individual sachets was inconsistently placed. In some models, it was on the top right as expected, but in others, it was bottom left or bottom right—completely random and impractical for uniform usability. When we brought these serious issues to the supplier’s attention, their response was an anthology of excuses: "Hi friend, when we were producing, I went to the factory to check, and each one was sealed. I checked twice." This response is a perfect example of zero quality control, zero responsibility, and zero solutions. Would not recommend working with this supplier
